Palakkad Gap

Made it for a friend’s party a few months ago and it’s been my favorite since.

Recipe:

• 1.5 oz Tequila
• 0.5 oz Agave juice
• 1 oz Fresh lime juice
• 1.5 oz Passion Fruit juice
• 0.25 oz Thai Chili juice
• 1 oz Egg white

Tropical up front, with a creamy texture, zesty lime, and a slow-building chili heat that lingers just enough to keep things interesting.
