ഹാർട്ട് റേറ്റ്

(My primary care physician is a 75 year old Caucasian. His sense of humor is unbelievable.)

ഡോക്ടർ: വ്യായാമം ചെയ്യാറുണ്ടോ? അതോ ഇപ്പോഴും ക്രിക്കറ്റ്‌ കളി മാത്രമേയുള്ളോ?
ഞാൻ: സ്ഥിരമായി നടക്കാറുണ്ട്.
ഡോക്ടർ: ഭാര്യയും പട്ടിയുമായിട്ടാണോ?
ഞാൻ: അതേ!
ഡോക്ടർ: What’s the average heart rate?
ഞാൻ: ഏകദേശം 100 BPM
ഡോക്ടർ: Can you ask your wife to pick up the pace? It is useless if you spend those 45 min and do not get 140 BPM out of it.
ഞാൻ: പക്ഷേ പട്ടിയാണ് നടത്തം സ്ലോ ആക്കുന്നത്. 
ഡോക്ടർ: Once she picks up the pace, you and the dog will have no choice.
